Svetlana Lebedinskaya
Founder & Head Coach
A former elite gymnast ranked in the top three globally, Svetlana competed at the highest international level including a televised victory at a USA dual meet in 1986. She founded Swan Academy over 14 years ago to bring world-class gymnastics coaching to children in Stevenage in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Junior Squad Lead & Coach
A former regional champion and Level 2 coach working towards Level 3, Sophie started gymnastics at five and was one of Swan Academy's first ever coaches. She now leads our development and junior squad programmes alongside Svetlana, playing a key role in staff development and club growth.
